The Bay Area Group (of Bigfoot Investigators) was a small collection of sasquatch enthusiasts based in the San Francisco Bay area of California during the 1960s and 70s. The group was formed by Arch Buckley and also included spokesperson George Haas, Steve Sanders, and Warren Thompson. They were featured in an episode (#57, Monster Hunters) of the In Search of TV series and published their newsletter The Bigfoot Bulletin starting in 1969.
